About Jaser Zaabri
Chairman of the Board & Founder of Evolve Construction
Jaser Zaabri attended the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, earning a bachelor’s degree with a double major in marketing and management. His academic focus included sales strategy, leadership, and operational systems, which later became important in his professional work.
He also continued his executive education at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. There, he refined his understanding of leadership, strategy, and organizational development.
Early in his career, Jaser worked in international business development and advisory roles. In 2010, he participated in transactions with members of the Qatari royal family. This experience gave him insight into complex deal structures and international business negotiations.
Building Companies in Restoration and Construction
In the early 2010s, Zaabri began building his own companies in the construction and restoration sector. From 2011 to 2018, he founded several insurance restoration and general contracting businesses under the Anderson Construction name. At the same time, he served as an executive within the Anderson Family of Companies.
These businesses focused on disaster recovery and property restoration across the United States. They handled projects involving properties damaged by fires, floods, and other events. Through this work, Jaser developed experience in managing operations, leading teams, and creating systems to support high-volume projects.
Expansion into Consumer and Brand Development
Alongside his work in construction, Jay Zaabri expanded into consumer products and international brand development. From 2012 to 2016, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing at XS Energy Drinks. In this role, he helped grow the brand into 38 countries and managed nearly $150 million in annual sales.
His responsibilities included building distributor networks, overseeing logistics, and supporting sales teams. He also served as an executive and board member at MyPillow Inc., contributing to the company's growth. In addition, he co-founded GarbageMan, which began as an environmentally focused idea and later became a waste management company acquired by a larger organization.
Leadership Roles and Business Growth
From 2017 to 2019, Zaabri served as Executive Vice President of Development and Distribution at Renpure Organics. During this period, he helped expand the company’s retail distribution across North America and into international markets. Renpure Organics was acquired in 2018 by MAV Beauty Brands and Marc Anthony Cosmetics.
In 2019, he returned to the construction and development sector and remained active until 2021. He held executive roles at Magis LLC, Elysian Construction & Development, and Double G Construction. His focus was on improving sales performance, marketing strategies, and operational systems.
During this time, Double G Construction grew from approximately $2 million in revenue to around $60 million. Elysian Construction also experienced rapid growth, surpassing $600 million in revenue within two years.
Founding and Growth of Evolve Holdings
In 2022, Jay founded Evolve Holdings to bring together multiple industries under a single operating and investment structure. The company manages businesses across construction and restoration, recruiting, professional training, property management, hospitality investment, and marketing analytics.
Within a few years, the company reached approximately $250 million in revenue and completed more than 7,000 restoration projects. Evolve Construction and Restoration focuses on rebuilding after disasters, while Evolve Fire and Restoration has supported wildfire recovery efforts in Southern California, including Altadena and Pasadena.
Other divisions include Evolve University, which provides sales and leadership training, and Evolve Recruiting, which helps companies build professional teams. These operations reflect a focus on structured growth and development.
Community Support and Ongoing Work
Outside of business, Jaser supports charitable initiatives through programs connected to the Evolve Foundation and the It 's4TheKids Foundation. His efforts include assisting veterans, supporting low-income families, and organizing food distribution programs.
